Return/Exchange Policy

Liquid Flow gladly accepts returns or exchanges for all of our shorts provided they are in there original condition and returned within 30 days from your original purchase and all returns will be refunded to your original method of payment. If an item is defective, we will replace the item after an inspection by our Quality Control department. Our customer’s satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We accept exchanges for color or size corrections. There are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

Refund:

Liquid Flow will accept the return of any unused product provided that the product was purchased directly from Liquid Flow. Returns that were purchased from another outlet other than directly from Liquid Flow, can be used for exchange on other items. Simply send the product back to Liquid Flow and include a copy of the original invoice, packing slip or email notification of order and please include all relevant contact information. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
